Throwing together a bunch of catty airheads for a reality TV show doesn't strike me as a smart move. For TV entertainment, sure, but for the music industry? Viewers will see what egotistical whiners most of them are. Do they really want to be hated before the group even launches?
Take for example the biggest idiot on the show, Natalie Mejia. She's so full of herself, and she can't even sing well.
Just last week, she said on the show: "People don't wanna have ugly people in the group. People wanna see me talk, people wanna hear me, people like, you know what I mean? People wanna come and, like, talk to me and just be, like, my friend! I may not be the best singer, but one thing that I do have over these girls is beauty. Beauty is a talent. Not everybody is born beautiful. It's a fact."
Oh my god. People want you to shut up until you expand your vocabulary and stop polluting the environment with bullshit. Maybe if you focused half as much on your personality and mind as you do on your looks, your IQ would actually exceed your bra size. You're not even THAT good-looking and that's with all the make-up caked on post-Photoshop, you brainless bitch.

It might come as a shock to you but Natalie happens to be intelligent and educated enough she graduated high school two years early.
As for her "beauty is a talent" remark I'm certain as a woman you know that not all beauty is natural or god given. As an example someone like Natalie would have to spend how many hours a week keeping her naturally curly hair straight?
Finally you seem to give no thought to the fact that this is an editted reality show. You are only being given a small glimpse into what really happen over hundreds of hours.

It's a reality show, of course it's heavily edited for entertainment purposes. That's a given.
The producers must be delighted that she's made enough thoughtless, obnoxious and arrogant comments for her to be painted as the resident witch.
Perhaps she doesn't deserve to be called that as I don't know her personally, but it still doesn't change my opinion of her (on the show) as a superficial, egotistical person.
And it's not the talent part that is annoying, it's all the shallow nonsense that comes before it.
Finally, you seem to have given no thought to the fact that anyone who appears on an edited reality show will likely be subjected to criticism, especially if they make a comment like that.
Natalie Mejia is the best out of all the contestants. I have commented on her on youtube my user name is brownsparkles. Anyways she is the best dancer, the best looking and she almost won the vocal challenge. I think that you are totally jealous of her. A lot of people probaly are. She is amazing. Sometimes the producers just cut the film to make each person seem like she is like that all the time. Maybe she's not really a bitch, maybe she's really sweet. Yea, some of her pictures are really slutty but the pics she has with her sister are pretty normal and all that revealing. Her clothes in Girlicious are a different matter because they're trying to project an image--some may say it's slutty but others say they're trying to project sexiness. There's always going to be two sides to every story.
